ORLANDO – The Orlando Magic fired head coach Stan Van Gundy Monday following a tumultuous season in which he clashed publicly with superstar center Dwight Howard.
The team also announced it had mutually parted ways with general manager Otis Smith.
A 4:30pm ET press conference was scheduled to discuss the changes.
